THIS BLOG IS NOT A RACIAL SLAM OF ANYKIND. I'M USING THE WORD “GYPSY” IN ORDER TO DESCRIBE CHARACTER, BEHAVIOUR, AND NO RACE OF ANY KIND
With all what is going on with Romanians along Europe but mostly Italy nowadays, I decided to write this blog just to say that, yes, Romania is a nation of gypsies and I am NOT talking about race or the color of our skin. I am not a racist and I never was but Romanians are gypsies not by the color of their skin but the more likely by the way they talk, act, and the Romanian mentality in general. And maybe you know Romanians or maybe not, and some of them are so nice and hardworking, all true here. But generally speaking, and I will generalize in saying that Romanians are one of the lowest forms of civilization that the world ever encountered. And no matter how hard they work in your country, come down and see how Romanians or at least most of them take care of theirs. They have absolutely no work ethic or an ethic of any kind. We cannot figure out what is good and what is wrong, what is byrocratic and what isn't, what is moral and what's immoral. There isn't a common ground rule. What seems good to me is wrong for someone else, and the other way around. Its all subjective. All these being said Romanians still consider themselves a Christian nation, orthodox by faith, mostly, close to what the catholic faith is.
Although Romania is a third world country, with a relatively poor economy, the number one characteristic that most Romanians share is greed. In this society thats all that dictates and drives. Although they have it, they still show lack of money. No matter where they are they will exploit everything and everyone, and eat through everything like termites.
The second is hypocrisy. Most Romanians do not share a work ethic, or as I said an ethic of any kind, all that matters is cheating as much as possible(each other, the state, the LAW) and the more you cheat, the more you gain from it, the better they are! Its basically everyone for himself.
The third I would point out is byrocracy. Although it is a general characteristic it worths mentioning because this is something Romanians cannot live without. They hate it but they also create it. They cannot avoid it and it is encrypted in the dna code. What it seeks is to suppress, put pressure on others, and make other's life as hard as it can be, in its every aspect. There is tons of law but actually no laws at all.
The forth is masochism. Although it is harsh, in Romania beginning with the government and ending with the common masses, theres and inside need and pleasure to see or make someone else suffer, with all its aspects.
The fifth is ignorance. Everything this country produces is poorly managed and most of it is wasted away. And I assure you no one here cares about global warming. Its just a way for the government to rip off people for more taxes.
Here I outlined my personal feelings regarding Romanian people in general. At the same time I am aware that not every citizen of this country is the way I described in this blog. This is simply my point of view regarding Romania as a nation based on my judgment, feelings, view and experience.
